Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Appvera for designing and coding websites and applications ("we") handles the personal data of visitors to appvera.sa and of anyone who contacts us through it, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.

What we collect

  • What you send us: when you use the contact form or the project brief, we keep what you enter — name, organisation, e-mail, phone number if given, and the details and choices of your request.
  • Limited technical data: the site keeps an internal visit counter recording the page visited, the device type and the date. We use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics, and we do not store your IP address; a visitor is counted through a daily fingerprint from which no identity can be recovered.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request and prepare a proposal or a meeting.
  • To improve the site using aggregate numbers that identify nobody.
  • To protect the site from abuse and automated messages.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing, and we send no marketing messages without your consent.

Who has access

Our team only, plus the service providers we technically rely on to run the site and deliver messages (such as our e-mail provider and internal alert channels), to the extent needed. We may disclose data when required by law or by a competent court.

Retention

We keep contact messages for the duration of our dealings with you and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires longer. Technical visit records are deleted automatically once their retention period ends.

Your rights

You may access the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at admin@appvera.sa and we will reply within the statutory period. You may also lodge a complaint with the Kingdom's competent data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and data is stored on protected servers with restricted access and regular backups.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes; the current version is the one published on this page.
